Dab a small amount of concealer onto any blemishes, dark circles, or areas of redness and gently blend it into your skin. Remove in the evenings using Esse Makeup Remover or your preferred Esse cleanser.

Yes. As with all Esse products, our concealers contain ingredients that have been carefully curated, providing the best possible results in a clean formulation. They don’t contain any ingredients that could aggravate skin’s inflammatory state, so are suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

How buildable is the coverage of Esse Concealers?

Esse Concealers provide high coverage and are easily buildable and blendable, allowing for a flawless finish. They do not streak, cake, or crease, and they won’t settle into fine lines and pores.

What is the main difference between the Esse Concealers and the Esse Foundations?

The main difference between the Esse Concealers and the Esse Foundations lies in their purpose and application. The Esse Concealer is designed to complement the Foundation by precisely applying highly pigmented products to specific areas of concern.

The Esse Foundation offers medium coverage, ideal for general use, but it may not completely conceal all blemishes or uneven areas. It helps achieve an even skin tone, provided the contrast between different skin surfaces is not too extreme, such as dark circles, hyperpigmentation, or hypopigmentation.

Esse Concealer provides a matte finish, making it perfect for areas that appear too shiny or oily. It is the ideal partner for our Esse Foundation, which offers a dewy base layer for the concealer to build on, allowing each user to craft the perfect texture.

The concealer can be applied before or after the Foundation and can be blended for seamless coverage. The shade of concealer will depend on the skin tone area that must be concealed. For areas of hypopigmentation or blemishes similar in tone to the rest of the skin, a shade close to the skin tone should be chosen. For areas of hyperpigmentation, a slightly lighter shade may be used. The range of shades allows consumers to tailor their final skin finish according to their preferences and skin needs.
